• Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout and will depend upon weight and the size of the items. all our shipping charges include insurance for the items.
• International delivery times may vary by destination and are subject to customs processing.
• All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
• You can track your order via the link provided in the email or under the “My Orders” section of your account.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. box addresses. Please provide a complete residential or business address for delivery.

Delays

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, customs, or other logistics issues, especially during peak seasons.

Change of Shipping Address

If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After dispatch, changes cannot be made.
