1. Overview

At Luxeholic.in, we take pride in ensuring your luxury products are delivered safely, securely, and on time. Our shipping policy is designed to provide complete transparency and convenience in compliance with Google Merchant Centre guidelines.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipment details and a tracking link.
  • During peak seasons or exclusive launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities (India): 3–6 business days
  • Non-Metro Areas: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders (if applicable): 7–14 business days
  • Order Cut Off time: 5:00 PM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata)

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier efficiency, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Partners

We work exclusively with trusted logistics partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure that your order reaches you safely and promptly.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,999.
  • Orders below ₹1,999 will incur a nominal delivery fee of ₹99.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling charge.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking details. You can track your shipment in real time through the courier’s official website or our order tracking page.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

8. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delays may occur due to remote locations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or courier disruptions.
  • If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team for immediate assistance.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it. Contact us immediately at accountss@luxeholic.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for quick resolution.

10. International Shipping (If Applicable)

We currently ship select products internationally. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
